Sailing. We have a team of 10-12 people on the boat, 50/50 male/female, spending the whole weekend in the sun and drinking, then figuring out how to all sleep on a boat that only has beds for 8. Open bar at almost every event. Multiply by 20 to 300 teams depending on the regatta, all docked in the same area. Repeat all summer, and winter too if you go to the Caribbean.
