I built a skatepark in my front yard when I was 13. A really decent one too. Made from blueprints. I came home from school to see most of it was missing. My dad said someone must have stole it. I later found out he sold it to some kids a few miles from my house.

My mother told me my biological father had been cheating on her. She took me as far away from him as possible. Decades later found out it was actually the other way around (by a lot).

As a child, I had a fascination with walking down to the river, locating the largest bullfrog possible, and bringing it back home with me, where I would select an appropriate sized pan from the kitchen, put some water in it and place the frog in the water filled pan, in the garden, with no lid. My mother didn’t appreciate it. I could never figure out why there were SO many pancaked frogs on the street behind our house. And then I did.
