6’4″ here. You can’t imagine how many people ask how tall I am, or if I play basketball. I would say about 90% of people I first meet ask me the first one and 80% the second question.

What I think a lot of people don’t realize is the natural extra effort you have to exert. It is more work for me at a gym to do a curl with a 40 lb weight because it must travel further. The same goes for pushups, benchpresses, pullups, pretty much anything.

As a tall lady, I’m never going to be called cute. I can be pretty or sexy or beautiful even, but I will never be cute or petite. I’ll never be picked up by a guy or kissed on the forehead (not that I’d want to be but…). You just kinda miss out on the typical “girl” things and it just feels like your less of a woman sometimes.
