once stepped out on the road with a pizza in hand, stopped a car, opened the door and sat down in the passenger seat just to realise that even though it was the same model with the same letters on the plate, it was NOT my friend coming to pick me up. I’ll never forget the look on the poor mans face, 40% disbelief, 30% wariness and 30% pizza. Two Mexicans and a black guy walk into a bar. They notice a bunch of confederate flags and skinheads in the bar. They immediately leave and get chased for a bit by said skinheads. I just happened to be one of those Mexicans.

I was in Germany on a school trip as a teenager. I didn’t know a lick of German and I had been drinking so I obviously needed to pee. Going downstairs to the bathroom I was thinking about which one was which when I saw a decently attractive long-haired blonde lady walk into a bathroom. “AHA!” I thought, “Follow the blonde!” So I followed her into the bathroom and watched her walk into a stall. But there were urinals all over the wall. Pretty blonde lady was not a pretty blonde lady.

On vacation in Costa Rica, we are sitting in this bar and it’s fine for a few hours, drinks and food are good, then this group of guys walk in wearing suits and they walk up to a table where a man and a woman are sitting. They have this animated discussion in Spanish and things suddenly take a turn for the worse, beer glasses get thrown and their table gets turned over with these guys all screaming at this couple, dragging them to the floor and beating the sh*t out of the guy then dragging them both away to a car outside. Somebody told me after that these guys were muscle for some loan sharks, I just wanted to get the hell away from the place.
