People love to anticipate summer like it’s the best few months in the world, but in reality, all of the built up pressure for the summer puts us in a pretty disappointing situation.
Sure, warm weather is amazing, and having some time off is great, but what about when our summer bodies aren’t ready and we really just want to sit on the couch binge watching Netflix like we do all winter?
