Everyone knows that working out sucks.
Even gym rats can admit that going to the gym is tedious, annoying, and an all-around b**ch. I have to wake up two hours earlier just to get some exercise in and–if I don’t eat “healthy”–I might as well skip the gym altogether. Everyone knows the struggle.
I'm going to start exercising again. For the health benefits, sure, but also for the smugness.
