While the researchers are still unclear the science behind why, they believe it has something to do with toxins being regularly removed from your system, in addition to those impure thoughts about the Women's Health magazine cover model. The risk of prostate cancer is reduced by upwards of 33%, which isn't anything to sneeze at.

While this all sounds like the easiest path to staying healthy ever, most doctors agree the true key to reducing prostate cancer is a healthy diet.

If a man wants to stay out of the operating room and avoid cancer of the prostate, he needs to go full blast to avoid the high-fat junk food and environment toxins that contribute to prostate problems.
