With the election of Donald Trump, it's no secret that white supremacists have been more comfortable being openly racist and disrespectful in public. From marches to calling the police for absolutely no reason–white supremacists and racists have no fear.
However, there are those good samaritans out there who prove that some of us are trying to be on the right side of history–like, Nick. Nick shared some photos on Twitter this week that proved he's nothing but an ally. In a three photo thread, Nick showcased some racist, white supremacist graffiti that someone had painted in his neighborhood. Instead of ignoring it, Nick went out and bought some paint to cover it up.
He wrote:
Goodbye racist graffiti not in my town thank you.
People on Twitter were blown away by the effort Nick put forth to erase this kind of message. Clearly, he doesn't want it present in his neighborhood (can you blame him?) Twitter was thankful.
Nick, our friendly neighborhood hero
