In Georgia, as of July 1, it’s legal to set off any type of firework until midnight any day of the year (until 2 am on July 4 and New Years). And I believe you can set it off on any public land or land you own. And no local laws are allowed to override any of it. So I’m guessing that would be pretty annoying at 11:30 pm.
