I had a bride run to the mirror and hysterically cry when a small amount of eyelash glue got on her lower lash-line and she wouldn’t believe me that A) we could take it off, and B) even if we somehow “couldn’t take it off” it would dry clear.

I do makeup for plays in my area. I had one guy who was so afraid of makeup you couldn’t go near him. He was fine for most things but ended up getting incredibly nervous when you put anything near his eyes. You need eyeliner on stage! He would back away, shake, blink and his eyes would water. It was a self fulfilling prophecy. He was afraid of getting poked in the eye but he moved so much that we kept poking him.

Had a guy who would stare at me the entire time I did his makeup. In the eyes. To the point that if I was putting makeup on one eye, he’d open the other to look at me. So creepy.

I work at a Benefit counter and we get a wide variety of clients. I’ve had to do makeovers on a lady who was sweating so much that any makeup I applied would melt off.
