Glass from a shattered test tube got embedded in my foot once. The test tube had had some pretty volatile stuff in it beforehand soooo… not fun.

As a kid I wondered if a corn kernel smelled like popcorn before it popped. Sniffed too hard and the kernel went right up there. Not the worst thing you can have in your nose I guess, but that pointy end was pretty painful. ER got it out, but my eyes still water thinking of that day.
