There are certain basic human experiences – like riding a bike for the first time, or having your first crush – that everyone can relate to.
No one had to teach you to “fake laugh when you have no idea what the other person said,” or school you in “the international hand symbol for ‘What the hell is this guy doing?’” because we’ve all been there. These things are universal, and, frankly, pretty automatic.
I mean, come on – if you were born in the last half-century, there’s no way you’ve never found yourself “looking through someone’s insta, next thing you know you’re on their cousin’s brother’s wife’s profile looking at pics from Barcelona 2010.”
