I worked with a vegan who refused to lift heavy objects, claiming that doing so would cause her to “bruise”. It was BS; she was just lazy, I think. Also, she ruined our work holiday party every year by refusing to attend if there were any animal products present and threatening HR over “discriminatory practices” if we refused to honor her request; she basically held the whole office hostage…I just wanted some damn cheese.

Some lady yelled at me when I was doing a hot dog stand on campus for selling beef dogs, and how she was vegan and blah blah blah. I just told her she’s lucky her mom liked meat otherwise she wouldn’t be there to complain in the first place.

The worst vegan I ever met was a guy, specifically a Jain who also never consumed eggs or diary, and believed his religion entitled him to be an a**. He began by lecturing a group of us about how potatoes were vile because they grew in the dirt and contained microbes. Anyone who ate meat or eggs was a barbarian, and eating leftovers was something only the “poor” had to do. Then came the lecture about how great India was and how much the US sucked.

I work as a butcher. I have met several vegans and vegetarians who just refuse to talk to me.
