Not really dating but we talked for 9 months, I flew down the month before to meet her and hang out. We were looking for a place to rent so we could help each other out while we got on our feet in Austin, TX. I quit my job and said goodbye to everyone in DC. 8 hours after my last text to her that I’m a few hours away, I show up (24 hour straight drive). She’s no where to be found. Isn’t answering her phone, isn’t at the hotel. I check her blog like a month later and she confessed to using people and she didn’t know why she was the way she was and needed help and how she’s this horrible person. That lessened the pain assuming she was talking partially about me and she recognized that her behavior was shitty.

It was about 8 months. He walked out of my apartment one night and I never heard from him again.

Five months. It was pretty casual thing and she even warned me when we first started dating that she fades on anyone she is tired of seeing, but I genuinely liked her and was genuinely bummed that she did it. Spotted her at random in the city six months later. Texted her that I saw her. No response.
