As we're driving along on our road trip to Connecticut we see the leg of a large quadruped on the side of the road, and drive over a huge blood splatter. A half a mile up we see two legs on the side of the road. Then a chunk of torso (black and white skin), another leg and a bloody mass of something. Three miles later we see the head of a cow in the middle of the road. After the legs we had figured out what the creature was but were taking bets on how drawn out the last of the body parts would be.

On our way back from Spring Break we had heard about the border patrol setting up drug search check points, so we ditched our grinder and the rest of our weed as we left town. We drove around 60 miles with no check point, thinking “why did we throw out that grinder?” then around a corner was a BIG road block. We were so grateful we chucked it, and really happy with that choice when we saw the truck next to us getting busted (drug mule)

My mom, my sister and I were driving north from FL to go back home (20 hour drive) after picking my sister up from school. In the ~16th hour of the trip, we saw a car in front of us hit a deer. The deer literally blew up. There were pieces everywhere; every limb was dismembered and the torso was obliterated. The front-left bumper of the car broke off on the impact as well. My mom was left speechless and my sister was hysterically crying as we drove over deer remains.

My family was driving along the highway when a bird slammed head-on into our antenna. The impact was so great that its body wrapped around the antenna several times. The nearest rest stop was 45 miles away, so we spent the better part of an hour watching its guts waggle in the wind before we were able to stop and scrape it off.
