These 17 Wedding Photographers Dealt With Crappy Clients

I was brought as a second-shooter to a Friday afternoon wedding (in my country, supposed to end at 15:00). But at three, the first shooter said “Well, I’m out. You stay with them ’til the end.” That end came no less than ten hours later. And I had been with that f*ckup of a Groom since 09:00. He was verbally abusive the whole time, as were his friends. One of them tried to kick me and told me “You’re the worst photographer ever!”

First wedding I did 2 weeks ago. Groom couldn’t be found for an hour once we got to the hotel so they lost an hour of shooting time, it was about 65º and a light rain all day (pissy bride as it is). There’s zero coordination on the brides part to tell me times aside from when to be where. She gets 835 images, a 12×12 album (for $1500 mind you, and 10 hours and an engagement shoot) and she f*cking hates all of it cause it “wasn’t the stuff on my pintrest” and “there wasn’t enough pictures for what I paid you.” Sure enough she tried to lawyer up, brought the lawyer the contract and she dropped the case… IM OFF TO A GREAT F*CKING START…

ost my keys at post-ceremony shoot and almost didn’t make it back to the reception. Had to beg a random stranger to give me a ride.
