23 Insensitive Racist Moments People Witnessed

I was hanging out with a buddy of mine outside a bar, when four teenage guys come out of literally nowhere and just start kicking the sh*t out of him and calling him a “piece of sh*t n*gger” and other terrible things. I, being a small girl, went to get help, the kids ran off, etc. The kicker is that my buddy who had his a** kicked is, in fact, Filipino.

A friend of mine went to college in Alabama. My friend Jerome and I went to visit (I’m a white lady, he’s a black man) and this old man came up to us and said to me, “Your daddy oughta kick your ass.”

This was when I was in fifth grade. Some girl who was white got into argument with this black kid. I remember her ending the argument by yelling “Go back to Africa!” Everyone went silent & she ended up in the principal’s office.

I was working a summer job at a cemetery. Me, three other kids (1 black and 2 white), and our boss were trying to clean up the cemetery chapel. Some guy that was fixing the chapel roof comes over to talk to us and the first thing he says was “Watch out for him (looking at the black kid) he’s trouble.” Nobody said anything… Next thing he said was “Wait until tonight, I’ll kick his a** and nobody will see it.” The guy had literally just met us and that was the first thing he said.
