Happened to me with coheed & cambria. My friends and I drove 10 hours to see them at warped tour. Got there early to stand front row. Claudio comes out with a 26 of Jack Daniels in his hand. He was so drunk he couldn’t sing or play guitar. After a few minutes of blabbering the crowd turned on him and they got booed off stage.

I saw Oasis twice. Both times they broke up within the week. That should tell you how good the performances were. In one of the concerts, Liam Gallagher spent a 20 minute block laying on his back.

I went to a desert show in the summer, specifically to see Cake. Anyway, it was the desert, it was summer, it got hot, people threw opened water bottles around and into the air–mostly because the POS venue had no mist system. We are talking 115 degrees Fahrenheit, people were passing out–the water was being thrown to create mist. Some of the water bottles hit the stage during Cake’s first song, singer freaks out. Mind you, they were not closed bottles being thrown at the band, they simply hit the stage. He stops the show and says the worst thing possible–“if one more bottle hits the stage, we’re gone”. And with that, a couple dozen water bottles immediately arc toward the stage. As you might imagine, Cake guy throws a fit and walks off.

Offspring 2011. You could just see and feel the “let’s get this over with” attitude..
