My best friend went for her first ever Brazilian at this place we’d heard decent things about. It ended up taking over an hour, because somehow the waxer had managed to stick my friend’s bum cheeks together with the wax and it took 3 waxer ladies to clean her up.

My sister went to get her eye brows waxed at this cheap nail salon where I used to live. She wanted to get them done for her prom that was the following day, but they heated the wax way too hot and ended up burning the hell out of her skin.

Torn labia after a botched waxing with the dark green, hard wax they use without strips. 7 stitches. IN MY LABIA.

I got a wonderful pedicure right before Christmas. Then I wound up with a toe fungus. It took me eons to get rid of it.

Last week I went to one of those cheapo Asian nail salons/day spas to get my eyebrows done- waxed and tinted. The woman just started going to town on me and didn’t ask me at all what I wanted, and I wound up with JET BLACK brows. I’m very fair skinned and fair haired, I had like blonde brows so it was a big change.
