Honestly? Leaving my first job was painful, but ultimately worth it. Not painful for the reasons you might expect. Everyone there was super cool and nice and they treated me really well, but it was just not the kind of place that had any upward mobility and I was ready for more of a challenge. These people gave me a shot when I had no experience and taught me a lot. It was very sad to tell them I was leaving (I did give lots of notice and fully trained my replacement) but yeah – though it ultimately led to an awesome career, leaving there was tough.

Deep tissue massage, assuming the massage therapist knows what he/she is doing. It can be fairly uncomfortable but if you drink enough water and stuff before you get a euphoric feeling for a few hours afterwards, and I just feel really really good and stretched out for a couple of days.
