I work in Primary care, and the amount of people who expect the doctor to be free during the day are amazing. No, I cant just go “grab the doctor” he is seeing patients. What do you think he does all day? Have you ever even seen the doctor be out of a room for more than 2 seconds? People expect the doctors full attention when they are in the room, but can't fathom that other patients deserve the same treatment.

The concept of the fundamental attribution error. It's the thought that when you're late to work, it's because there was traffic and your car had problems etc. (external causes), but if other people are late to work it's because they're lazy or have a generally bad work ethic (internal causes).

At work, Microsoft Excel. Even the basics can be more efficient in work, but coworkers just don't understand what I am doing with my spreadsheets.
