Case of Exploding head Syndrome. Hearing extremely loud noises just after falling asleep which only occur in your head. Waking up, ears ringing and heart pounding. Only had it twice. Woke up once to thunder or carbomb-like bang on a clear night. And woke up to what seemed like the entire kitchen cabinet coming of the wall, breaking all the dishes.

On a Submarine – Woke up underway to a Flooding alarm with no drills scheduled while we were over DEEP water. Freaked me out. Turns out the boat’s shaft seals were leaking about 100 gallons a minute (not technically flooding) but the watchman who noticed it called in a flooding emergency.

Woke up to a man trying to steal my TV. It wasn’t even a good TV.

I woke up to my mom giving birth to my little brother on the couch. I was fifteen and had too clean up the aftermath.
