3. Vladimir Putin

Putin was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize in 2014, presumably for the work he did initiating a nonmilitary solution to punish the Syrian government for using chemical weapons. Despite this detail, Putin isn't the most popular kid on the block. He outlawed “gay propaganda” in 2014, put troops in the Ukraine, and jailed opponents, journalists, and activists. Those are just a few of his bad deeds.
