Michelle Obama Dances Front Row At Beyoncé Show, Looks Like An Entire Snack

Last night, former FLOTUS Michelle Obama attended Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s On the Run II concert in Paris. Obama and daughter Sasha linked up with Bey’s mom Tina Knowles in the front row, and while the latter was nowhere to be seen when the duo kicked the show off (backstage, most likely), the former First Lady danced up a storm with the rest of the packed Stade de France stadium.

This isn’t the first time the Obamas showed up to a Beyoncé concert. The two families have been longtime friends — Michelle dressed up as Beyoncé for her birthday last year, and former President Obama has said in the past that he and Jay-Z have a bond and that they “understand each other.” Lest we forget, Beyoncé also performed at Obama’s inauguration in 2013. My point here is, the Obamas and the Carters are tight.

The energy in the stadium was especially heightened, seeing as Beyoncé screened the World Cup ahead of the concert — a thrilling match during which France crushed Croatia to become 2018 World Cup champions.

Those lucky enough to have tickets in the first few rows snapped videos of the former First Lady getting down during a Jay track.

While Tina takes a seat at one point during Jay’s performance (I mean, she’s probably seen him onstage literally hundreds of times), Michelle keeps partying because, as one Twitter user wisely pointed out, she exudes BDE in spades.

Bey also shared a clip of the exact moment France scored and fans lost their collective minds:

Former POTUS Barack was nowhere to be found, but that’s because he is in Kenya empowering the youth to fight corruption. He gets a pass this time around.
