I pick up and eat sand. Or grit. Or dirt. Basically anything that has a gritty texture, no matter where it is. We had a big hole in our driveway for a while and I would just sit and sift through the concrete dust and chew on it. I’ve googled it, and I think I have a pica problem but the feeling of grit on my teeth is incredibly soothing to me. I don’t swallow it, I spit it out, and it’s like a drug

I pick dead skin off my feet and then place it on the bulb of my bedside light and smell the fumes when it smoulders. I’m sorry.

I search my hair for split ends… THEN I SPLIT THEM! So satisfying.
