IF the stars aligned and the story was too good AND we knew from the outset that there was a situation, we would move forward. One time there were twin sisters in their 50s/60s and they were using their tub to shit in. And they would occasionally scoop it to make room for more. 9/10 the people that were chosen for actual filming have legitimate mental health issues – the psychologists/therapists are trained to deal with it and commonly did anticipate it but it’s like anticipating a tornado – you can protect yourself by hiding in the basement but your house is still going to be leveled.
