We were driving on a motorcycle to a friend’s place in northern CA, neither of us had been there before. We had directions (this was way before GPS and cell phones), but at one point, there was a fork in the road. No mention of fork in directions. We choose one at random, and immediately felt this creepy, weird vibe. I’m begging SO to turn back, he keeps saying, ‘no it must be around this next corner’. Finally he agrees, turns back, we take the other fork. Find friends house in about 3 minutes. The really creepy part is our friends assure us there is no fork in the road. We explore it over the weekend, no fork anywhere.

I was walking home. We lived in a very suburban neighborhood and it was not in a bad area, so it just seemed safe to walk home in the dark. I was about half a block from my house when an old white car started driving really slow behind me. I picked up the pace a little and the car pulled up next to me, driving along side of me. The passenger window rolled down. It was 2 men, and I shit you not, the driver was wearing a purple suit and some kind of purple hat, and the guy riding shotgun wasn’t wearing a shirt. The driver yelled at me to get in the car as the passenger grabbed my arm and started to pull me towards the car. Luckily, I had been playing with a stick on my way home and I shoved it into the window of the car in the mother fuckers face. He let go & I ran.

When I was around 12 there used to be a thing in my city where kids go around singing carols to people and they would maybe give us some money. Me and my friends decided to go into this huge apartment building and everything was fine till we got to the 6th floor. As we knocked on one of the apartment doors, the door slowly pried open and then whoever was behind it started opening and closing it in the most violent manner I had ever seen. We are running to the elevator scared shitless and the elevator opens we hear screaming “THE DEVIL THE DEVIL”, we jump inside the elevator and as I was watching what felt like the longest time the elevator closing in fear that the person had come out to kill us or something.

When I was 9 we were moving. My sister had always had imaginary friends. When I would stay up late I would always feel like someone was looking at me from the hallway where her room was. The last day had come & I decided to go in & look around & make sure I had everything. When I was in the basement I felt a very sad feeling come over me. For whatever reason I said good bye to the house. That very moment I heard a child like voice reply “see ya later”. When I turned a red ball was laying on the floor that I did not remember being there. I sprinted out of that house & got in the car. Years later everyone in my family had told me they saw the same red ball after they felt the need to say goodbye, only me & my sister heard the reply.
