Sure, there are the Donald Trumps, Hitlers, and Sadam Husseins of the world — and yeah, their bad and abhorrent nature stands out like a sore thumb — but what about the wretched people of the world whose bad nature is a bit harder to spot?
What are the signs that someone is an inherently bad person? Is it the lies, the narcissism, the inability to apologize and keep promises? We all f*ck up here and there, and hey, we're only human. But some people's humanity meter always tends to point toward “sh*tty.”
It takes a hell of a lot of energy to create drama where there is none, and you might be a bad person if that drama can always be followed back to you. Gossiping, blaming, manipulating — these kinds of behaviors aren't signs of mature, responsible adults, but huge red flags that you should stay far, far away.
